Hi! I’m Kelsey - the baker behind floof sourdough provisions. After a deep desire to ‘figure out’ sourdough in 2023 (I know, I know - a few years late), I had finally made some half decent loaves after lots of practice bakes, researching, and trial and error. Enter my lovely soon to be sister in law and cousin - who suggested that maybe I should start selling my loaves.
So - I brought the floof brand name from my ‘pandemic - in - between - jobs - marshmallow - making - hobby’ out of retirement and floof sourdough provisions was born. Because after all, bread dough is quite floofy.
Now, with floof my fulfilling side hustle that accompanies my full time job as a food and drink analyst, I am continuously looking to balance the slow, intentional beauty of sourdough bread making with my strong passion to share good food with others.

the ingredients
Intentional ingredients are an incredibly important part of floof’s mission to share nourishing and delicious food with others. The floof sourdough starter is 100% organic, and the loaves are made with entirely organic flour. Other menu items have organic flour and sourdough starter at the base, and are accompanied by other intentional ingredients like grass-fed butter, and homemade organic vanilla extract.
